During my remote internship with Vuse.dev, a technology company based in New York, I was responsible for creating motion graphics for the relaunch of their website. Vuse provides a range of services, including cloud strategy and migration, digital product development, DevOps and security, IT team extension and in-house recruiting.
As a newcomer to the tech industry, I had to undertake further visual research to understand these services and create suitable motion graphics for their website. During my internship, I also gained knowledge about Lottie files, a lightweight and faster animation format that can be played on the web and various other mobile/desktop platforms. Lottie files also offer dynamic features such as animating while scrolling.
Working closely with the web developer of the company, I created new icons and Lottie animations while also providing assistance with other graphics for the website. Additionally, I was able to learn some coding, which allowed me to communicate effectively with the web developer to suggest layout adjustments.
